About Respawned ZA

We've been part of the DayZ server community, hosting servers that weren't afraid to challenge the norms of PvE or PvP gameplay. Now, we're back — stronger and bolder than ever — with fresh ideas, custom content, and a refined vision to elevate your experience.

Why Chernarus? 🗺️

Respawned ZA is available on two servers, Full PvE and a PvX server, each with its own set of Rules and Features.

Our servers run the Chernarus map with custom locations, tailored assets, and reworked atmosphere to deliver something both fresh and familiar.

A Fresh Start 🌍

This is a fresh launch. While we've invested significant time and resources to build a smooth, polished experience, a few bumps are to be expected.

Server Rules - PvX & PvE

Rules for both Respawned PvX Hybrid (PvP) and Full-PvE servers.

⚔️ Respawned PvX Hybrid (PvP) Server

These rules keep the experience fair, fun, and challenging.

By playing on Respawned, you agree to follow:

General

  • 1.1: No cheating, exploiting, or third-party software (ESP, aimbots, macros)
  • 1.2: No glitching through objects or terrain
  • 1.3: No griefing (e.g. blocking spawns, spamming, or repeated harassment)
  • 1.4: Respect other players and staff — no hate speech, racism, or personal attacks

  • 2.1: PvP Rules apply to all area's, except in or at a players territory when in PvE mode
  • 2.2: Stealing is allowed except in safe zones (General Trader)

Territory (Flag)

  • 3.1: Territory system — Claim land, share with members, build
  • 3.2: Territory Spawn — Skip the coast and respawn directly at your base
  • 3.3: Territory flags may only be used and interacted with by territory members
  • 3.4: Its your responsibility to keep all your items secure, locked and safe!
  • 3.5: One (1) Territory per group or individual

Base Building

  • 4.1: One (1) Base per group or individual
  • 4.2: Door Limit: 10
  • 4.3: Gate Limit: 10
  • 4.4: Your territory flag will protect your base/loot from despawning for up to 7 days, but only if it's kept raised
  • 4.5: Do not block wells or roads
  • 4.6: No-build zones will alert you if you try to build there
  • 4.7: No building within 500m of military areas, ocean facilities, bunkers, or traders
  • 4.8: Stealing is allowed if players can access your base/territory: for example, through open/unlocked doors, gates, openings, unprotected (no codelock) containers, or accessible vehicles
  • 4.9: Doors and gates can't be raided with any tools or explosives
  • 4.10: If you gain access to another player's base, you must be able to exit alive with the loot

Trader Markets

  • 5.1: Do not restrict access to any Trader
  • 5.2: Respect and give players space
  • 5.3: Not all items is available at the market to buy or sell
  • 5.4: Please keep all trader areas clear of trash

  • 1.5: Theft not allowed (This includes any vehicles if the owner does not consent)

  • 2.1: No PvP (no killing) — the general PvE area is non PvP combat

Base Territory

  • 3.1: Territory system — Claim land, share with members, build
  • 3.2: Territory Spawn — Skip the coast and respawn directly at your base
  • 3.3: Stealing/Raiding or trespassing is not allowed
  • 3.4: Territory flags may only be used and interacted with by territory members

Base Building

  • 4.1: One territory per group or individual
  • 4.2: Door Limit: 10
  • 4.3: Gate Limit: 10
  • 4.4: Base Raiding is not allowed — Make sure to build smart and lock up behind you
  • 4.5: Your base (territory) flag will protect loot from despawning for up to 7 days, but only if it's kept raised, no lost loot will be compensated
  • 4.6: Do not block wells or roads
  • 4.7: Some areas are no-build zones and will alert you if you try to build there
  • 4.8: No Building within 300m of a Trader

  • 6.2: Admins have final say in all disputes and decisions

💠 Player Profile Names

Please keep all in-game names appropriate and respectful.

Offensive, racist, sexual, discriminatory, or illegal/disturbing names (even disguised) will result in a kick. Repeated offences will lead to a ban.

Respawned takes no responsibility for any loss of loot resulting from gameplay mechanics or other circumstances.
